PAYMENT INFO

Customers are kindly advised to make payment within 2 days or the order will be cancelled.

Steps for POSB/DBS ATM fund transfer:

1. Insert ATM card
2. Select language (applicable to DBS/POSB ATM cards with language selection option)
3. Select “Cashcard & More Services”
4. Select “Fund Transfer / Fixed Deposit”
5. Select the bank account that you are transfering from: DBS or POSB Savings A/C (Depending on your account type)
6. Select the bank account that you are transfering to: “POSB Savings A/C”
7. Select transfer fund to “Another Account”
8. Enter SGIntimates Account No. “245-43221-6”
9. Select “If Correct”
10. Enter Amount for your order
11. Select “If Correct”
12. Select Confirm the requested transfer
13. Remove ATM card and receipt

Customers are reminded to email us at sales@sgintimates.com after payment has been made so that we can expedite shipping. Please include the following information: Order Number, Bank Paid To.

Credit Card payment for order below S$19.90 will not be accepted.

Your card statement will not show SGIntimates.com - It will show KTO Trading. This is to ensure that your privacy is protected and nobody in your household would know.

DISCREET PACKAGING

1. We pack all orders in plain, non-descript packages without any indication that they are sent by SGIntimates.com. No invoices are attached with the packages.
2. Items are packed in several layers to ensure safety.
3. Also, measures are taken in the process of packaging to ensure that nobody can see or 'feel' through the packaging to find out what is inside.

SINGAPORE DELIVERY/POSTAGE

1. Normal Postage is FREE.
2. Courier Delivery available at a flat rate of ONLY S$7.50.
   For delivery on the same afternoon (3pm - 5.30pm), we need to receive your payment by 9.30am. For delivery on the next morning (10am - 1pm), we need to receive your payment by 2.30pm. No deliveries on Saturday afternoons Sundays and Public Holidays. (Please let us know your contact number to facilitate delivery)
3. Registered Mail w/ Tracking Number, add S$2.20 Customers are advised to add Registered Mail for more costly items.
4. Self-Collect at Boon Lay MRT
   (For orders above S$75)
   Payment has to be made before meetup. This service is available Free of Charge and you get to receive your item EARLIER! Day or night, rain or shine! Call us at 6100-0069 or email to arrange for self-collect.

1. We ship to the following countries presently: Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand
2. Malaysia at only $10 Flat. FULL REFUND ON NON DELIVERY
3. Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, South Korea & Taiwan: Shipping by Registered Air Mail at a flat rate of ONLY S$14.90/shipment!
4. Australia & New Zealand: Shipping by Registered Air Mail at a flat rate of ONLY S$19.90/shipment!
5. Registered Air Mail will take 9 -11 days to reach destination.
6. 24 - 48 hours FedEx Express also available from S$16.00/shipment! Contact us for exact rate.

DISCLAIMER & REFUND POLICY

1. SGIntimates.com will NOT be held responsible for any loss or non-delivery of items not sent with Registered Mail or Courier Delivery options, although this happens very rarely. Deliveries are made subject to the carrier's terms and conditions of service, which are out of our control.
2. Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received. Most Singapore orders will take only about 2 working days to reach it's destination by mail.
3. Due to hygiene reasons as well as the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless otherwise stated on the product page. All sales are final.
4. We will never accept returned products and put them up for sale again. This policy is strictly enforced as this is a matter of business ethics.
